Vibro Feeders

Many mineral processing sectors, including mining, sand and gravel extraction, recycling, and industrial processing quarries, regularly employ Grizzly Feeders. It transfers input materials proportionately into the crusher chamber. It receives feed at a fluctuating rate while dispensing it at a uniform rate. Regularly, the Grizzly Feeder handles a wide range of challenging and abrasive materials. A vibrating grizzly feeder's principal function is to feed a primary crusher.

The Vibrating Grizzly Feeder consists of a pan section at the feed end to receive and start segregating the material. The discharge end consists of a grizzly section with openings that allow the undersized material to pass before discharging into the crusher. The feeder is mounted on springs and vibrated via a mechanism located underneath the feeder pan.

The vibration is produced using two synchronized counter-rotating, heavy duty vibrator motors. They produce a huge amount of linear power that moves the feeder. The materials will advance through vibration, and as they pass the screening portion, the finer material will fall down, preventing additional crushing and achieving the screening purpose.

Feeders are designed to produce reliable operations and constant flow rates for effective material processing. Smaller crushers can be chosen using Grizzly Feeder by scalping out the feed's undersized material.
