Screening Machine

The body of vibrating screen is  fabricated out of 10 mm thick plate reinforced from all important points by angle iron & pipe complete with base frame, spring & crankshaft & counter weight, housing & perforated sheet fitted in it to screen the material as per your requirement. This perforation can be changed as per your requirement. The machine shall be complete but without V-Belt & Motor.

Body Frame --
 • Fabricated with metallic sheets, plates, angles & pipes

Screen Plates --
 • These are either drilled, perforated or wired with woven panels
 • Accurate sizes allowing proper capacity for separation of desired products.
• The screen plates & woven wire panels are bolted to cross members & are connected with HT bolts, washers and Nyloc nuts.
 • U-clamps are used for fixing screen perforated plates.

Vibrator Assembly --
 • Comprise of electric shafts, driven V-Pulleys, unbalancing weights, bearings, housing & central pipe casing.
 • Shafts are accommodated in the assemblies with covers.
 • Perforated plates are set on the frames by U-clamps.
 • The entire screens are rested on set of coil springs & steel frames

The rotary screen is convenient for small screening requirements. It is a center shaft type screen with 2.5 to 3 shaft in the center of a 2.5' or 3' dia drum. The shell of the drum is made out of a sheet or woven screen which is perforated with holes for easy flow of screened output. A number of star wheels are provided to hold the shell with the center shaft. Both ends of the shaft are supported by bearing blocks and with the help of gear pinion, small pinion and driving pulley. The screen can rotate with any desired R.P.M.
