We fabricate and export a wide assortment of Jaw Crushers that are known for their heavy duty applications and available in single or double toggle designs. These have grease lubrication system and have been appreciated for their precision and long life service. We use hard, tough & abrasive material like ferro alloys in their construction, which increase the efficiency during the process.

 • Fabricated with 12-14% manganese steel conforming to IS-276 specifications

 • Fabricated with MS plates
 • Casted in single piece
 • Suitably machined
 • Large size anti friction bearings
 • Regular Grease lubrication

Toggle System
 • Available in four bearing type
 • Fabricated with steel and ride in
 • Machined M.S Bearings seated in the swing jaw, Pitman and toggle block

 Eccentric Shaft & Bearings
 • Fabricated with special steel
 • Self-aligned double row
 • Smooth running due to spherical bearings
 • The bearings are fitted, one in each side of body and two in swing jaw stock
 • Dust and moisture system due to labyrinth seats

Our range of roll crushers has been appreciated for their long life service, heavy duty applications and low maintenance. These are used as secondary or tertiary crushers for smaller fraction. The two parallel rollers shells equipped in roller crushers rotate in opposite directions and crush the material on pressure compression principal.

Steel Body

Rollers
 • Enabled with two rollers, out of which one is stationary & other is adjustable or movable.
 • Fabricated with iron, high carbon steel or manganese steel

Spur Gears
 • Mounted on shafts of each roller
 • Driven by pulleys, pinions, and by motors at the final stage
 • We have also high proficiency in ROH crushers on bearing can be customized which are directly coupled with motors.

Single toggle jaw crusher

single toggle jaw crusher is capable of making a high ratio-of-reduction. It uses only one toggle plate in the crushing mechanism. Single toggle jaw grease type crusher is available in light and heavy models. Light weight single toggle jaw crusher is easy to operate, maintain and transport.
